Charles Emma was born in Providence, Rhode Island in 1956, admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1983

and the New Hampshire bar in 2004. Mr. Emma earned his Bachelors degree, cum laude, from Providence

College and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law in 1983.
